Flat Panel Draperies, Pleated Draperies, and Valances
- Estimates are based on 2.5 times the rod or window width (sheers are 2.5 - 3 times the width).
- Sonata Sateen lining in white or ivory is used. Other choices are available and priced accordingly.
- Interlining is flannel-like cotton placed between your face fabric and the lining. This third layer provides additional sound and climate control. It increases the body of the drapes — rather dramatically. I encourage you to visit my workroom and experience drapes with and without interlining. I charge an additional $30 per width for labor and the interlining.
- Pleated draperies are constructed with crinoline in the heading, ensuring that the chosen pleating style remains crisp and upright. The bottom and side hems are blind stitched according to industry standards. Situations vary, but there are usually 5 pleats per width of fabric.
Pricing
- Flat panel labor starts at $129 for 44" wide and a finished length of 99"
- Valances start at $87 for 44" wide and a finished length up to 20"
- Pleated draperies start at $160 for 44" wide and a finished length of 99"

Cornices
- Cornices are made of wooden boxes wrapped first in polyester batting, then lining.
- Standard projection is 6" or less.
- Leading edges are trimmed with cording and all seams on the underside are concealed.
- Mounting screws and brackets are provided.

- Cornice labor prices start at $225 for a window 48" wide. Actual price depends on style, size and embellishments used.
Swags (Board and Pole-Mounted)
- The board used for board-mounted swags is 5.5" wide and wrapped in lining.
- Cascades and Jabots are self-lined or can have a contrast lining upon request.
- Swags are lined with white or ivory Sonata Sateen lining.
- Most swags are cut on the bias.

- Prices and style vary, but labor for a single board-mounted swag and cascades for a window 48" wide is $278. Actual prices are based upon the size of your window, design and embellishments used.
- Adding interlining to this treatment makes it really plush and luxurious. Interlining is a cotton-like flannel placed between your face fabric and the lining. Labor and material for this addition on swag treatments starts at $143.
Roman, Balloon and Austrian Shades
- Shades are stapled to 1 x 2 boards wrapped in lining.
- Shades are lined with white/ivory Sonata Sateen lining.
- Nylon cords, metal eyes, plastic rings mounting hardware, cleats and screws are standard and all provided.
- Depending on the style, a brass rod is placed in the bottom hem or underside of the treatment.
Pricing
- Roman shade labor starts at $189 for a 36 x 36" window.
- Balloon and Austrian shades start at $317 for a 36 x 36" window.
- Actual price varies based on size, style and embellishments used.
Table Linen
Napkins
- Available unlined or self-lined.

- I offer pillow shams, duvets, and dust ruffles.
- There is a wide assortment of sizes and finishing touches available.

- Twin Sham, $60 each

Cushions, Window Seats and Chair Pads
- Foam is not included, but I will wrap the foam in batting as part of the finished project.
- An upholstery zipper is also included. Fabric is not included.
- Fabric ties are made when needed.
Pricing
- Labor is 10 cents per square inch.
Throw Pillows
- Throw pillows are the finishing touches that further compliment the look of your new room.
- They come in a multitude of sizes and trims.
Pricing
- For an 18" square pillow with corded edges, serged inside edges, hidden upholstery zipper and a polyester insert the price is $50. Client provides the fabric.
- Down forms can be used for an additional charge.
Chair Slipcovers and Ottomans
- Slipcovers are tailored fit, not baggy.
- The finished cover has an upholstery zipper placed vertically along a backside corner.
- Most seams are corded in order to provide extra strength and less stress on your fabric.
- You have the choice of a lined gathered or pleated skirt.
- If the cushion is removable, it is covered separately with cording and a zipper.
- You must be able to part with the chair for 2 weeks. I only work in my workroom where I have all needed tools at my disposal. I will pickup and deliver your chair.
